How to Submit a Takedown Request
If you're the copyright holder or an authorized representative and would like to request the removal of a question from our quizzes, please follow these steps:
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. Please provide a detailed description of the content in question and, if possible, include the question text or screenshot of the quiz question featuring your work.
- Provide your contact information, including your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. If you're submitting the request on behalf of a copyright holder, please specify your relationship to the rights holder.
- Include the following statements in your request:
- "I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
- "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."
- Sign the request electronically or physically.
- Email your completed takedown request to cgichamp@gmail.com with the subject line "Takedown Request."
Our Response to Takedown Requests
Upon receiving a complete and valid takedown request, we will promptly investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include removing the quiz question featuring the copyrighted content. We will notify you once we've addressed your request.
Please note that submitting a false takedown request can result in legal consequences. Ensure that you have a legitimate claim and provide accurate information when submitting your request.
